Southern Lumber & Millwork has been serving builders, contractors, architects, and homeowners throughout the Charleston area for more than 85 years. As a family-owned building materials supplier, we specialize in lumber, windows, doors, custom millwork, and construction materials.


We are seeking a motivated Operations Management Trainee to learn the inner workings of our business through hands-on experience and mentorship from experienced leaders.


This is a competitive opportunity designed for individuals who want to grow their knowledge of operations, logistics, inventory management, distribution, customer service, and the building materials industry. Through a structured training plan, you'll gain exposure to multiple departments and learn how they work together to deliver the Southern Difference.


Rather than being assigned to a single department, you'll spend time learning various areas of our operation while developing the skills needed to take on greater responsibilities in the future.
