Job description

Position(s): Concrete Finisher, Construction Laborer

COGI, LLC is a small privately owned company that specializes in concrete foundations for water towers and other water storage tanks. Our jobs typically include excavation, concrete work, piping, and backfill of these foundations. We are a traveling construction business that travels the midwestern US and we are normally home on the weekends with some exceptions. We are currently seeking an experienced laborer/Concrete Finisher to join our team. COGI, LLC offers top pay and benefits for those who would like to join our team! Requirements:

Must have a valid Driver’s license!

PAY AND BENEFITS:

$26 per hour starting wage, higher wages to experienced individuals.

Drive time paid from Sioux Falls to the jobsite each week at driving rates

Per Diem paid daily when traveling

Company paid lodging while traveling

401k Retirement plan after 6 months employment

Overtime paid after 40 hours. Drive hours count towards “blended” overtime rate
