Gleeson Constructors & Engineers is hiring Construction Laborers for a large-scale food facility expansion for Fareway Stores in Boone, Iowa.

This is not residential construction. Our crews work on food-processing and cold-storage facilities where safety, teamwork, and quality matter.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
  • Assisting crews with concrete, carpentry, and steel work
  • Supporting construction of industrial freezer and dock areas
  • Material handling and jobsite organization
  • Jobsite cleanup and preparation
  • Working alongside experienced tradespeople on large-scale food facility construction projects

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist skilled workers as assigned
  • Load, unload, and move construction materials
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
