Job description

Groundhog Landscaping, one of southern New Hampshire's largest full-service landscape companies, is looking for a full-time Hardscape Construction Crew Member to join our team in Derry, NH. In this full-time role, you'll enjoy competitive pay ranging from $22 - $24 per hour, plus generous benefits, such as:

You'll work a consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 7 AM to 5 PM, giving you your evenings and weekends free. Overtime is available if you want to maximize your earnings.


HARDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION CREW MEMBER QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in hardscaping or landscaping
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans (preferred)

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HARDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION CREW MEMBER

As a Hardscape Construction Crew Member, you will become an essential part of our collaborative team, assisting in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living areas. Each workday, you will follow project plans, operate hand and power tools and equipment, prepare and grade sites, and lay pavers and stones with precision. You will maintain a safe and organized work environment while ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction. Communication and teamwork with your fellow crew members, supervisors, and clients will be key!
