What You'll Do as a Construction Crew Member

  • Build your skills while performing hands-on carpentry work, including framing, roofing, siding, window installation, trim work, painting, and other phases of construction.
  • Work alongside experienced craftsmen to complete projects with quality workmanship and attention to GHL Construction's standards.
  • Assist the foreman with daily construction activities on residential new construction and remodeling projects.
  • Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site by following established safety practices and identifying potential hazards.
  • Travel to project sites throughout the Berks County area, starting and ending each workday at our Bernville shop.
  • Learn new techniques and expand your construction knowledge through on-the-job training and a variety of residential building projects.
