Job Title: Construction Crew Member Department: Construction

Reports to: Construction Crew Leader Status: Non-Exempt (hourly)

Job Summary


The Construction Crew Member is responsible for executing and accomplishing tasks in a safe and professional manner adhering to the directions and guidance of their supervisor. Experience in construction is a bonus but not mandatory - we're looking for a hard-working, professional looking to learn, get their hands dirty, and grow within our Landscape Construction division. This is a general labor role within our construction division and involves working with hand tools, power tools, and small heavy equipment daily. It is best suited for individuals who enjoy physical work and are interested in construction-type work. Pay will be commensurate with experience.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Work as part of a crew to complete landscape construction and site work projects

Assist with various construction projects such as reading tape measures, site prep, preparing grade for concrete, tie rebar, stripping and cleaning forms, planting, as well as various other landscape construction projects

Maneuver fully loaded wheel barrels

Operate all equipment in a safe, efficient manner to accomplish their tasks, while avoiding harm or damage to themselves, the jobsite or the equipment.

Operate one (1) ton truck

Lift 50 lbs.

Maintain Clean, organized, and safe job sites

Work snow removal in the Winter

Additional duties as assigned
