Framing Crew OpeningsLocation: Southwest Florida (based in Parrish, FL)
Company: SeaState Land Services
Pay: $16.50–$27.50 per hour (final pay determinations based on experience and position)
Hours: Full-time, 40–60 hours/week
About Us
SeaState Land Services is a growing contractor specializing in landscaping, grading, concrete, and framing. We work with top builders and commercial clients throughout Southwest Florida.
Open Positions
  • Framing Crew Lead (1 position)
  • Skilled Framers (3 positions)
  • Non-Skilled Laborer (1 position)

Responsibilities
Crew Lead
  • Supervise and coordinate daily work for the framing crew
  • Read and interpret construction plans
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are met
  • Communicate with project managers and report progress
Skilled Framers
  • Perform framing tasks (wood and/or metal stud)
  • Follow blueprints and instructions from the Crew Lead
  • Use hand and power tools safely
  • Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness
Non-Skilled Laborer
  • Assist framers with material handling and site preparation
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Support crew with general labor as needed

Requirements
For Crew Lead & Skilled Framers:
