We're looking for experienced Project Manager who take pride in their work, lead from the front, and want to be part of a company where skill and leadership are valued.   • Remote: candidates must reside within the following states: MA, NH, VT, ME
  • Local Travel: 25% (to customers / site locations)
What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving projects from planning through completion. You'll be the connector between field execution and project oversight-ensuring jobs are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and execution plans
  • Forecast and manage labor, materials, and equipment resources
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and track associated costs
  • Build and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
  • Provide consistent progress updates to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage vendors and subcontractors
  • Apply industry best practices and construction standards throughout execution
  • Monitor project performance and proactively adjust as needed
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Support additional project-related duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required (Business or Computer Science degree is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of project management principles
  • 5-7 years of experience in a project management role (7-10 years preferred)
  • Construction industry experience strongly preferred
  • Willingness to travel to assigned job sites (hybrid work environment)
Physical Requirements
  • Extended periods of desk work and computer use
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed

Salary Pay Range: $70,000 - $90 ,000 annually dependent on experience*
*pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living
Bonus/Incentive Pay: For salaried bonus positions: Annual performance bonus opportunity based on Company and specific business unit ROI and PBOP achievement criteria and individual job responsibility and performance.
