The Role: Pre-Construction Contract Coordinator

As a Pre-Construction Contract Coordinator, you support the early phases of data center development by preparing, tracking, and maintaining consultant and contractor agreements. You ensure contracts are accurate, complete, and aligned with company standards before projects move into construction. This role focuses on organization, documentation, and follow-through. You work closely with Legal, Development, and Construction teams to keep contract processes on schedule and reduce risk.

What Youll Do
  • Assist with preparing and issuing RFPs and tender documentation

  • Draft and coordinate consultancy agreements and early works contracts

  • Maintain organized, up-to-date records of all pre-construction contracts

  • Track contract milestones, deliverables, insurance certificates, and key dates

  • Monitor change orders, variations, and extensions during pre-construction

  • Prepare contract status updates for Pre-Construction leadership

  • Verify consultant and contractor compliance with insurance and licensing requirements

  • Coordinate contract execution, distribution, and document filing

  • Escalate contract risks or discrepancies to senior team members

What Youll Bring

Required

  • 24 years of experience in contract coordination, procurement support, or project administration

  • Experience working with contracts, RFPs, or vendor documentation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Experience using document or contract management systems

Preferred

  • Experience in construction, development, or engineering environments

  • Familiarity with common construction contract frameworks such as AIA
