Job Overview:

L7 Construction Inc. is seeking a Construction Foreman for one of our jobsites in Central Florida. The Foreman would be responsible for leading field crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards as directed by the Project Superintendent. This role requires hands-on supervision, technical expertise, and strong communication to support field operations, coordinate resources, and provide accurate information to project management.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, organize, and monitor crews to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
  • Verify work accuracy, including dimensions, layouts, and compliance with drawings.
  • Enforce safety compliance, conduct daily Safety Task Assignments (STAs), and maintain safety documentation.
  • Manage field materials, small tools, and equipment inventory.
  • Track productivity, maintain field logs, and report progress or issues to management.
  • Coordinate with project management, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Contribute to project schedules, budget awareness, and risk management practices.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with demonstrated quality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
