Our focus is in renewable energy construction. ResponsibilitiesProvide pre-construction supportSupport the submittal and RFI processes for specific definable features of work utilizing Procore. Review, understand and help manage project design and engineering documents, ensuring compliance, organization and distribution to necessary partiesPerform project specific tasks in preparation of the team mobilizing to siteAssist with research on living arrangements for project team membersPrepare turnover binder templatesAssist with the preparation of Pre-Mobilization Kickoff meetingsCompile, contact, and arrange for short form subcontracts with local entities at the project site (Power, trailers, housing, local subcontractors, etc.)Assist in drafting subcontracts and purchase agreementsLead designated aspects necessary for construction supportAssist with the quality assurance & quality control process as delineated in the Project Quality Plan, including coordinating prep meetings, initial inspections, follow-up inspections, punch list final inspectionsAssist with the inventory process as materials arrive to site: inspection, offload, receiving, and storageAssist Project Manager and Project Superintendents as needed regarding material and equipment management (pickup trucks, rented/owned equipment, coordinate the equipment facility)Manage production logs for work put in place (self-performed or subcontracted)Track Safety or Quality incidents Administer closeout processesCompile turnover documentation and transfer to customer per the project specific quality planAssist Project Manager with getting contract documents closed out with subcontractors and suppliersSupport the final inspections and punch list process Provide periodic updates of the submittal register to the customer or architectOther duties as assigned, including:Participate in project safety audits and company Safety ProgramEstablish alternative work methods as neededMaintain schedule of timelines and follow through until completionHelp with daily POD including updating production and quantity trackingRequired qualifications2 years experience in construction field.
