JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an energetic Construction/Install Coordinator to join our Team. In this position candidate will report to Project Manager and will assist with all aspects of construction projects process including: being a customer liaison, job setup, permits, project documentation, project schedules, change orders, purchase orders, equipment delivery status, progress billings, invoices, update & maintenance of project reports, and assembly & completion of project closeout documentation.
Essential Functions:
  • Assemble, maintain, and regularly update construction project data and work order lists.
  • Maintain cost data relative to items such as project budget, labor hours, & equipment /material costs from project commencement thru project completion.
  • Collect, monitor, review, & disseminate, project documentation to applicable parties.
  • Prepare general correspondence such as memos, letters, reports, & meeting minutes.
  • Organize and maintain project files and documents including electronically stored files, as well as hard copy files. Collect & integrate project data into files to be archived upon project completion.
  • Assist Project Managers in preparation and tracking of Change Orders.
  • Assist with managing of Construction Material Purchase Orders.
  • Manage Project "Close Out" process for projects, including verification of Job Profitability Report.

  • Excellent organizational and follow up skills with the ability to formulate solutions and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Strong computer skills & knowledge including MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to deal effectively and efficiently with People.
  • Ability to Multitask and prioritize with little supervision.
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner with clients & co-workers.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.

  • Familiarity with construction terminology and construction contracts.
