The Opportunity

We're seeking a Project Management Assistant to work directly with our Seattle Territory Manager, serving as a hands-on partner in managing 15-20 active commercial roofing projects across North Seattle and North King County. This role is perfect for someone who wants a flexible lifestyle, values being out in the field, and is ready to build something meaningful alongside an experienced mentor.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate daily communication with contractors, subcontractors, and clients while managing project documentation, reports, photography, specifications, details, and asset management planning
  • Monitor work compliance with project schedules and specifications, track jobsite progress, and provide regular updates to the team

  • Excellent communicator who can interact professionally with all stakeholders
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving (gas card provided)

Why Join

  • Work with an industry-leading manufacturer known for innovation and quality

To Apply

If you're ready to build something meaningful in a role that offers flexibility, mentorship, and real growth potential, we want to hear from you.
