Job Summary:
As a Construction Surveillance Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing the construction activities at a data center facility to ensure compliance with security protocols, construction standards, and project specifications. You will work closely with the construction team, security personnel, and project managers to maintain the integrity and security of the site throughout the construction process.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Conduct continuous surveillance of the construction site to ensure adherence to security protocols and construction standards.
โ€ข Monitor and control access to the construction site, ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed entry.
โ€ข Verify that construction activities comply with established plans, specifications, and security requirements.
โ€ข Identify and report any security breaches, safety violations, or non-compliance issues to the appropriate authorities.
โ€ข Maintain detailed logs and records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
โ€ข Coordinate with construction managers, security personnel, and other stakeholders to address and resolve any security or compliance issues.
