Overview:Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Roofing Helper for a family-owned roofing and exterior construction company in Bremerton serving Western Washington. This isa great opportunityfor someone who is dependable, hard-working, and interested in building a long-term career in roofing and construction. Our client specializes in residential and commercial roofing, roof repairs, inspections, replacements, siding, decks, fences, windows, and doors. The company is known for quality workmanship, owner involvement on every project, in-house labor rather than subcontractors, and 24/7 emergency services.

JOB DUTIES:

May include but not limited to the following:

  • Assistroofing crews with tear-offs, installations, repairs, inspections, and replacements.

  • Load, unload, carry, and organize roofing materials, tools, and equipment.

  • Help prepare roofs, surfaces, and work areas for daily project tasks.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safejobsitethroughout the workday.

  • Remove debris and properly dispose of construction materials.

  • Follow safety procedures while working on roofs, ladders, and active construction sites.

  • Support crews on siding, decks, fences, windows, doors, and other exterior construction projects as needed.

  • Take directions from crew leads, supervisors, and company ownership.

  • Learn roofing and exterior construction skills with the goal of growing into higher-level roles.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials throughout the shift.

  • Comfortable working at heights and using ladders safely.
