Job description

Mail Processing Analyst


We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mail Processing Analyst to join our Westborough, MA team. This hands-on role is responsible for the accurate and timely handling of incoming mail and related document processing.
If you are reliable, comfortable with routine tasks, and confident using scanning equipment and basic computer systems, this could be a great fit.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Pick up mail daily (Monday-Friday) 
  • Open, sort, and scan incoming mail at the Wesborough, MA office
  • Transfer scanned documents securely to the designated server or system
  • Store physical mail according to company guidelines and procedures
  • Prepare and mail customer refund checks on a weekly basis
Job Requirements
  • Proven dependability and strong work ethic (consistent punctuality and reliability are essential)
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
  • Comfortable using computers, scanners, and basic office software (e.g., email, file management, PDF tools)
  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures consistently
  • Reliable transportation for daily mail pickup
  • Ability to lift and carry mail and small packages
Schedule and Pay

$31.50/day (~1.5 hrs/day) and $21/hr for additional hours. This role is expected to take 7.5 hours per week or ~15 hours per pay period (semi-monthly).
