We are seeking a Conflicts Analyst to join a dynamic Conflicts team supporting a mid- to large-sized law firm. This role works closely with Conflicts Counsel and firm attorneys to ensure compliance with ethical obligations while supporting new business and lateral matters.
? Remote (must reside near: Chicago, Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Dayton, Detroit, Denver, Minneapolis, or Indianapolis)
? Salary: $52,000 - $72,000 (DOE)
? What You'll Do:
  • Conduct conflicts searches for new business and lateral matters (Intapp or similar)
  • Analyze results and communicate potential conflicts + solutions to attorneys
  • Perform corporate research to identify affiliations and relationships
  • Assist with conflict resolution alongside Conflicts Counsel and legal teams
  • Draft engagement letters, waivers, and ethical screen memos
  • Maintain and improve conflicts database accuracy
  • Deliver strong client service to attorneys and internal stakeholders
? What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of law firm conflicts experience (mid-large firm preferred)
  • Experience with Intapp or similar software strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of legal ethics and conflicts rules
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with lateral conflicts is a plus
