Job description

We are seeking a versatile, hands-on professional to support ongoing system enhancements and business process improvements. This role combines business analysis, system configuration, and quality assurance to ensure that business needs are clearly defined, processes are optimized, and system capabilities are effectively leveraged to achieve desired outcomes.

The ideal candidate is comfortable both defining/improving processes and working directly within the system to configure solutions that support those processes.

Salary Range: $85k-$105k

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis, Process Improvement & System Configuration

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements.
  • Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
  • Design and document optimized workflows, processes, and system usage.
  • Translate business requirements into practical system configurations and solutions.
  • Configure system features, parameters, and workflows to align with business objectives.
  • Evaluate system capabilities and recommend enhancements or customizations where needed.
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes, configurations, data models, and integrations.

Quality Assurance & Testing

  • Develop test cases based on business requirements and process improvements.
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on system changes and configurations.
  • Validate that solutions meet business needs and expected outcomes.
  • Document defects, track resolutions, and collaborate with technical teams.
  • Support user acceptance testing and ensure readiness for release.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in business analysis, system configuration, and software testing.
