A Facets Workflow Consultant is responsible for providing customers with application domain expertise related to claims and benefits functionality within the Facets platform. The consultant will analyze, review the existing workflow configuration, and conduct requirements discovery sessions with clients to determine outcomes, KPIs, and operational practices for benefits and claims. The role requires excellent general consulting and Facets application skills and may require remote participation.


Responsibilities: -

• Analyze 4000+ FACETS workflow rules to identify state-specific and group-specific customizations.

• Map rule dependencies and assess downstream impact on claims, membership, billing, and provider modules.

• Document variance between baseline vs. client‑specific configurations.

• Collaborate with business, configuration, and QA teams to validate findings.

• Recommend optimization or consolidation opportunities for redundant rules.


Experience: -

• 5–8 years as a Business/System Analyst in FACETS.

• Strong understanding of claims workflow, provider validation, and benefit administration.

• Experience reviewing large rule inventories or configuration repositories.

• Deep understanding of US Healthcare payer operations.

• Ability to analyze complex rules and configurations.

• Strong documentation and communication skills.


Location: -

• Engineering Degree – BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc.

• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
