Role Overview
Conference Leaders are frontline sales managers responsible for territory development, new business acquisition, field sales activity, and performance coaching.
In Year 1, you will act as a player-manager, carrying a personal quota (approx. 35 printers) while leading and developing our first Growth Driver. As the US team expands, your role will evolve into managing multiple Growth Drivers across your region.
You'll use market analysis, strategic planning, and field-based leadership to help Linx grow and ensure our team delivers exceptional customer experiences.
As a Conference Leader
You'll be the Owner-Operator of your region, managing customer relationships, coaching your Growth Driver, and driving sales performance. Your week will be split between:
  • 3 field-based days: Visiting clients, supporting your Growth Driver, conducting inline product demonstrations, and closing deals
  • 2 office-based days: Coaching, pipeline reviews, strategic planning, and prospecting alongside your team

What You'll Do
Lead & Develop Talent
  • Coach and mentor the Growth Driver through joint visits, pipeline reviews, and skill development
  • Run regional sales meetings ("conferences") to share insights, align strategy, and drive performance
  • Set clear expectations and ensure consistent execution of Linx's sales process
  • Support onboarding, training, and performance management as the US team expands

Drive New Business
  • Carry a personal quota of approx. 35 printers during Year 1
  • Identify and pursue new customers through cold calling, targeted outreach, and strategic prospecting
  • Support your Growth Driver in winning new business and expanding territory presence

Manage the Sales Cycle
  • Qualify leads, develop proposals, and close deals to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Guide your Growth Driver through complex sales cycles and customer engagements

Build Relationships
  • Establish and maintain strong connections with decision-makers
  • Ensure customers receive exceptional service and long-term value from Linx solutions

Leverage Technology
  • Use Salesforce and other sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, call systems, live chat, email) to manage your pipeline and improve efficiency
  • Ensure your Growth Driver maintains accurate, high-quality CRM activity

Analyze & Strategize
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and new technologies
  • Support technical and commercial strategy within your territory
  • Identify opportunities and refine your team's sales approach

Collaborate for Success
  • Work closely with Marketing, Service, and Sales leadership to share insights, shape campaigns, and drive growth
  • Act as the link between field activity and regional leadership, providing feedback and recommendations

What You'll Bring

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $103600 - $181200 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Commission Pay.
