From corporate meetings and conferences to social events and group functions, you'll be the person who brings every detail together and makes the event happen.
What You'll Do
  • Own assigned group business from Sales turnover through event completion and final billing
  • Build strong relationships with meeting planners and clients, creating a smooth and personalized planning experience
  • Plan, detail, and upsell event experiences, including meeting space, menus, timelines, AV, décor, and special requests
  • Conduct planning meetings, pre-conference meetings, and site inspections
  • Prepare and distribute accurate BEOs, event resumes, diagrams, and operational details
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, Sales, F&B, Banquets, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Accounting, and other hotel departments
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively identify solutions before challenges arise
  • Maintain a strong presence during events to ensure expectations are being met in real time
  • Partner closely with Banquets and F&B leadership to ensure seamless event execution
  • Monitor event details, billing, revenue opportunities, and contractual commitments
  • Use guest and planner feedback to continually improve the event experience

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of hotel conference services, catering, or event management experience
  • Experience managing groups and events in a full-service hotel or resort environment
  • Large meeting/event space experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of BEOs, event resumes, banquet operations, and group servicing
  • Experience working directly with third-party meeting planners and clients
  • Experience with Delphi and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple groups, deadlines, and changing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, polished professional presence when working with clients and hotel leadership
  • Ability to think quickly, problem-solve, and remain composed in a fast-paced event environment
  • Collaborative, hands-on, team-first leadership style
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends based on event needs
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.

Why Join Us?
This is an opportunity to take your conference services career to the next level at a large Orlando resort where events are an important part of the operation. You'll work across more than 20,000 square feet of meeting space, collaborate with an experienced hotel Sales leadership team, and have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the guest and client experience.
Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
