Job Summary

As the Conference Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of corporate meetings and social events. This includes planning and executing events, overseeing delivery of services and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

 Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of each Banquet Event Order (BEO).
  • Plan, organize, and execute all catering events, including weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is brought to life.
  • Provide oversight ensuring exceptional service is provided at all times.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage offerings are of the highest quality and meet the standards set by the resort.
  • Manage event budgets and inventory, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as the culinary team and event planning, to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our catering services.
 Requirements
  • Prior experience in catering or event management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
