The Opportunity: IST is looking for friendly, service-oriented, customer focused people with a passion for excellence. We offer professional training, skill enhancement and opportunities to advance toward full time positions.
Position Details:
This direct hire role is full time and performs office services work. Hours will range within M-F 8:00AM- 5:00PM. Some overtime may be required which may include occasional weekend support on an as needed basis. Business professional dress code and standards are required.
  • Hospitality - setting up conference room meetings, cleaning up conference room meetings, stocking kitchens, supply ordering, supply tracking and customer service.
  • Providing reception services for the site - including greeting guests, answering email and telephone.
  • Booking conference rooms through maptician, arranging for on-site and off-site meetings
  • Setting up and cleaning conference rooms
  • Stocking kitchens with beverages, snacks and supplies

Hourly Compensation: $18.00-20.00 USD per hour, DOE

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
  • Adhere to all safety procedures; Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Prior Law Firm experience a plus with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
  • Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds
