Customer Service Advisor – Join Our Team!

Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers. If you love helping people, have a passion for cars, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and engage customers in-store and over the phone.
  • Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services.
  • Perform routine vehicle services: oil changes, tire rotations, battery installation, fluid top-offs, and inspections.
  • Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions.
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • 1+ year of automotive service experience; 1+ year of sales experience preferred.  Strong customer service background welcomed
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions.
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
  • Climb ladders and safely operate a vehicle.
