Job description

Concrete Sales Representative – Ready-Mix & Concrete Block

Location: South Florida

Territory: Assigned Based on Experience & Business Needs

Salary: Starting at $100,000 Base + Commission

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday

Ready-Mix Concrete Sales Experience Required

We are representing one of South Florida's leading concrete suppliers and are seeking experienced Concrete Sales Representatives with a proven background selling Ready-Mix Concrete and/or Concrete Block.

This is not a general construction sales position.

We are specifically looking for professionals who have successfully sold Ready-Mix Concrete or Concrete Block and have established relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and construction companies throughout the South Florida market.

If your experience is primarily in roofing, HVAC, flooring, windows, plumbing, electrical, industrial products, or other construction-related sales without direct Ready-Mix or Concrete Block experience, this position is not a fit.

Position Summary

As a Concrete Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customer relationships, identifying upcoming construction projects, and growing sales within your assigned territory.

Territories will be assigned based on business needs and the candidate's experience and geographic location.

This position requires regular travel throughout your assigned sales territory and attendance at monthly sales meetings at our Miami office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell Ready-Mix Concrete and Concrete Block to contractors, developers, builders, and commercial construction companies
  • Develop new business while maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Identify upcoming construction projects and bid opportunities
  • Visit active construction sites and customer offices throughout your territory
  • Prepare pricing, quotations, and project proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and secure new business
  • Coordinate with dispatch, operations, customer service, and accounting to ensure exceptional customer support
  • Monitor project activity and assist with customer collections when necessary
  • Meet or exceed territory sales goals
  • Attend monthly sales meetings at the Miami office

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of direct outside sales experience selling Ready-Mix Concrete, Concrete Block, or both is required.

Qualified candidates should have experience with one or more of the following:

  • Ready-Mix Concrete Sales
  • Concrete Block Sales
  • Concrete Products Sales

Candidates should also possess:

  • Established relationships with general contractors, developers, builders, and commercial construction companies
  • Proven success developing new business and managing customer accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • High School Diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting Base Salary of $100,000+
  • Uncapped Commission
  • Company Vehicle
  • Health Insurance
  • Dental Insurance
  • Vision Insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Long-term career opportunity with an established industry leader

Important

Only candidates with direct Ready-Mix Concrete or Concrete Block sales experience will be considered.

Experience selling roofing, lumber, flooring, HVAC, plumbing, electrical products, steel, general building materials, or other construction products without direct Ready-Mix or Concrete Block sales experience does not meet the requirements for this position.

If you have successfully sold Ready-Mix Concrete or Concrete Block and are looking to join a growing organization with an excellent compensation package, we encourage you to apply.

We are committed to providing personalized, high-quality staffing solutions that meet the unique needs of each business we serve.
