About the Role:

Advance Concrete is looking for Concrete Cutting Helpers for our Concrete Cutting & Demolition Division that are a dependable and hardworking individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ideal candidates are capable of performing setup and cleanup tasks at jobsites.
  • Must provide labor support as needed for crews.
  • Must be comfortable around the operation of a core drill, flat saw, and wall saw.
  • Must have experience with the use of hand and power tools.
  • Ensure inspection, security, and cleanliness of company equipment.
  • Ability to perform duties and operation of tools in compliance with OSHA rules.
  • Ability to operate forklift, manlift, and/or skid steer a plus.

Ideal Qualifications & Skills:

  • Candidates should ideally have 1 year+ experience around construction, concrete cutting, core drilling, and/or demolition experience.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, some weekends, 8 hours or more in challenging weather conditions.
  • Pass pre-employment drug test & background check.
  • Safety-minded

  • Ability to lift 70 pounds or more
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
