Ready Mix Concrete Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Sales Representative to drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and support our commitment to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service in the greater Seattle area.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Grow sales by identifying new opportunities, increasing market share, and building strong customer relationships.

  • Provide product expertise and customer support to help customers achieve successful project outcomes.

  • Manage pricing, quotations, contract negotiations, and customer issue resolution.

  • Utilize CRM tools and market intelligence to track performance, uncover opportunities, and monitor industry trends.

  • Partner with Operations, Customer Service, and Sales teams to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional service.

What Are We Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of the ready-mix concrete industry, including operations, quality standards, construction practices, and commercial requirements.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business, manage customer relationships, negotiate agreements, and deliver results.

  • Business acumen with the ability to prioritize opportunities, manage multiple projects, and execute strategic initiatives.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship building skills with the ability to influence and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and technical capabilities, including proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and data driven decision making.

Work Environment

  • Primarily field based with regular travel to customer locations, Heidelberg Materials sites, and project locations throughout the greater Seattle area.

  • Combination of customer visits, office work, plant visits, job site visits, prospecting activities, and virtual meetings.

  • Frequent interaction with customers, operations teams, contractors, and business partners.

  • Use of standard office technology, computer systems, and CRM platforms; visual acuity required to review, verify, and enter information accurately.

  • Valid state driver's license and the ability to maintain a clean and insurable driving record.
