Description
Mill City Concrete & Masonry Inc. is a leader in high-quality residential concrete work, and we are looking to hire a full-time Concrete Laborer.
This seasonal role runs from April to November. Workdays begin at 7 AM and typically end at 4 PM or when the job is complete (Monday-Friday). Hours may vary based on project needs, season, and weather.
Experience is a plus, but we will train the right individual.
Benefits:
  • Compensation: $25+ (depending on experience)
  • Paid Every Week
  • Simple IRA with Match (eligibility requirements apply)
  • Overtime after 40 Hours
  • Weekends Off
Job Responsibilities & Qualification:
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license. We move throughout the day from jobsite to jobsite. We work primarily in Mpls/St. Paul and surrounding suburbs.
  • Able to handle physical labor (wheelbarrows, shoveling, jobsite cleaning-up, moving materials by hand, involvement in pour, and general physical labor for construction).
  • Basic understanding of hand tools used in the construction trade.
  • Ability to multitask and take direction.
  • Meets attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
  • Previous experience with a concrete crew, landscaping and/or construction a plus.
