About the Role:

The Flatwork Finisher position is a skilled trade role focused on the precise finishing and installation of concrete flatwork surfaces such as sidewalks, driveways, patios, and floors. The primary goal is to ensure that all flatwork projects meet stringent quality standards for durability, safety, and aesthetic appeal. This role requires advanced knowledge of concrete materials, finishing techniques, and the ability to interpret blueprints and project specifications accurately. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project managers and other construction professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget. Ultimately, this position plays a critical role in creating long-lasting, high-quality concrete surfaces that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
