Concrete Laborer – Entry Level

Primetime Concrete

Primetime Concrete is looking for a reliable, motivated laborer to join our team. This is a hands-on, outdoor job working on residential and light commercial concrete projects. No prior concrete experience is required — we are willing to train the right person.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with basic concrete work such as forming, grading, and site preparation
  • Help place rebar and materials as directed
  • Use basic hand tools (training provided)
  • Lift and carry materials (up to 50 lbs)
  • Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
  • Help keep work trucks clean and organized

What We’re Looking For

  • Willingness to learn and work hard
  • Dependable and shows up on time
  • Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Able to take direction and work as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license required

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

  • Any construction or labor experience
