Title: Entry Level Concrete / Masonry Laborer
Location: Rochester, NY
Join Our Growing Commercial Construction Team! We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused Concrete/Masonry Laborers to join our commercial construction team. We offer steady, long-term employment opportunities for motivated individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow within the construction industry.
Candidates should have prior construction experience, a strong work ethic, and reliable transportation. Individuals with specialized skills in concrete finishing, form carpentry, or rough carpentry are strongly encouraged to apply and may qualify for additional opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with concrete and masonry construction projects
  • Perform job site setup, maintenance, and cleanup
  • Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders
  • Support specialty crews as needed  
  • Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment safely
  • Assist with the maintenance of company vehicles and equipment
  • Adhere to all company and OSHA safety standards and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous construction experience preferred
  • Experience with concrete work, masonry, formwork, or rough carpentry is a plus
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds regularly
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and navigate uneven job site terrain
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
  • Strong attention to safety and willingness to follow established procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
