- Assist the guest with any administrative duties as requested such as printing, photo copies, faxing, scanning, directions and airline boarding passes, etc.
- Maintain an immaculately clean and luxurious work environment
- Resolve the guest's issues in a pleasant, empowered and prompt manner
- Communicate effectively with management and other departments and assist when needed in order to exceed the guest's expectations
- Work to build insightful guest profiles and promotes special hotel programs
- Be knowledgeable about The Post Oak and its services
- Demonstrate an extensive knowledge of Houston and the surrounding areas
- Provide the most consistent and professional level of service to achieve and maintain the Forbes 5 Star Rating
Qualifications
- Aspire to our values of being passionate, strive for excellence, remain relevant, collaborate and act with honor and integrity
- Minimum 5 years of concierge experience preferred, Les Clefs d'Or USA Membership preferred
- Hospitality or related field degree or certification preferred
- Possess excellent computer skills in a Windows environment including proficiency with word processing software. Experience with Property Management Software is preferable.
- Previous hotel experience, luxury or Forbes experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
- Physical demands: Stand for an entire work shift
