Job description

Position Title: Concierge Team Member I

Status: Non-exempt, part-time

Department: Premium Services

Supervisors Title: Senior Manager of Premium Seating

Work Schedule: All home football games. Additional hours and opportunities may be available to work other 12th Man Foundation events such as away-game travel departures and home baseball games.

JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTION

The 12th Man Foundation Premium Services Concierge Team serves as hospitality hosts and official greeters to the premium seat guests for the 12th Man Foundation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to help enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Works in-tandem with the 12th Man Foundation Senior Manager of Premium Seating, 12th Man Foundation Annual Fund Coordinator, premium seating ushers, elevator operators and Levy Restaurants suite attendants and bartenders and others to ensure quality service is provided to all donors.

  • Attends pre-season training and carries out responsibilities taught.

  • Attends pre and post-game meetings interacting when necessary.

  • Greets donors.

  • Directs donors to premium areas.

  • Answers questions in a professional manner.

  • Directs questions to other staff members when appropriate, or to the Senior Manager of Premium Seating.

  • Assists guests with any issues.

  • Arrives on time for shifts.

  • Completes necessary forms, communication and suite checks during and at the end of shifts.

  • Performs occasional spot-cleaning.

  • Opens suite windows for guests.

  • Checks for correct credentials to applicable suites.

  • Initiates conversation with donors when appropriate.

  • Is knowledgeable of game day policies and procedures and stadium policies and locations.

  • Maintains confidentiality in accordance with 12th Man Foundation policy.
