Overview

We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe, organized, and professional front desk environment.

As the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and staff, the Front Desk Concierge is expected to communicate professionally, remain attentive, and handle daily responsibilities efficiently.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Saturday and Sunday
  • Shift: 3pm - 11pm
  • Pay: $18.00 per hour
  • Location: Bethesda, MD

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, guests, vendors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer and manage phone calls professionally while directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintain visitor logs and assist with guest and vendor access.
  • Monitor front desk activity and maintain a professional presence throughout the shift.
  • Assist with package receiving, logging, and distribution as required.
  • Complete data entry and maintain accurate front desk records.
  • Utilize property management systems, email, and other web-based platforms throughout the shift.
  • Respond to resident and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate incidents, concerns, and important information to management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
  • Follow all property procedures, security protocols, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of customer service, hospitality, concierge, or front desk experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
  • Ability to learn and operate property management and web-based systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable and punctual with the ability to consistently work the scheduled Sunday shift.
  • Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information professionally.
