Job Summary
The Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to residents and guests by acting as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and requests. This role involves coordinating various resident services, providing information about local amenities, and assisting with community events to enhance the resident experience.

Essential Job Functions

  • Greet Residents and guests Welcome all residents, prospective tenants, and visitors to the community with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Handle Inquiries: Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person requests promptly, directing them to the appropriate team member or resolving the issue directly when possible.
  • Manage Resident Services: Oversee the scheduling and coordination of community amenities, such as guest suites, the loading dock, and elevator usage for move-ins and move-outs, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Package Management: Accept and document package deliveries, promptly notifying residents of their arrival and ensuring secure storage until pick-up.
  • Organize Community Events: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing resident activities and events, fostering a sense of community and engagement among residents.
  • Provide Local Information: Maintain an up-to-date directory of local services, including restaurants, shops, and delivery options, offering recommendations and information to residents as needed.
  • Perform other tasks or duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work weekdays and weekends.
  • Flexible to accommodate varying shift schedules. Hiring for (first, second, or third).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
