The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Concessions Stand Captains to join our team at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. As Concessions Stand Captain, you will supervise an assigned concession stand and lead team members in delivering excellent guest service.

What will you do?
  • Oversee one concession stand or portable including training and enforcing work procedures and service standards
  • Answer any questions guests may have regarding food and beverage products offered in the stand
  • Analyze and resolve problems with team members, guests, and the operation, with the assistance of management as needed
  • Perform opening and closing duties; verify stand inventories before and after each event
  • Assist concessions team members with handing out food and drink orders and operate a register as needed
More about you
  • Minimum of one year experience in a food service position required; previous experience as a stand attendant or stand manager preferred
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • No high school diploma or GED required
Physical requirements
  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds
