Description

EVT Management Services is a food and beverage company providing concessions at Riverbend Music Center, PNC Pavilion, The Andrew J Brady Music Center and Taft Theatre.

Concessions Support Staff Position Summary

A professional who is flexible and a high-energy team member who provides support across Riverbend's food and beverage operations in a fast-paced concert environment. This role includes pit pouring, VIP club assistance, in seat service, concourse food-service support, and general event duties. Team members rotate between assignments as needed and play a key role in delivering efficient service and a positive guest experience. Concessions Support Staff should be adaptable, observant, and comfortable working in high-volume settings while maintaining professionalism and teamwork throughout each event.


Basic duties include, but are not limited to, the following. Exact responsibilities for each shift will depend on the specific needs of that event:

  • Pour beverages in high-volume areas during concerts.
  • Comply with all alcohol service guidelines and venue policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked area at all times.
  • Assist with setup, service, and breakdown in VIP clubs and premium areas, ensuring a polished environment.
  • Run food and beverages to VIP guests, offering attentive and professional service.
  • Restock product, clear tables, and provide additional support in service areas within the premium spaces.
  • Assist with food preparation, service, restocking, and sanitation standards in concourse concession stands.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable performing in high-volume, loud concert settings.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift approximately 25-40 lbs.
  • Availability for evening, weekend, and concert-based schedules.
  • MUST be 21 years of age or older.

Available Shifts 

  • Start times vary based on the needs of the event, but usually in the afternoon and/or evenings. 
  • The duration of shifts varies upon the needs of the event, approximately 4 to 15 hours.
