A role you will love

The Senior Product Lead - Investor Engagement, is a key senior position that has accountability to lead the Global Investor Engagement product experience to enhance the growth, definition and direction of our Investor Relations products and services.  The role is responsible for setting the strategy direction and evolution of the initiative within Issuer Services Registry team. The primary responsibilities will be to manage the interactions between senior business stakeholders, solution architects and implementation teams to define features and capabilities with a focus on end user and growth outcomes. The role will own the full life cycle of the primary vision for the Investor Engagement Business, overseeing development and management of product, service and channel roadmaps, ensuring alignment with our business and technology groups strategies and vision. The role ensures product and service evolution impacts Global Investor Engagement its financial/budgetary goals, through the alignment of revenue opportunities and reductions in our cost to service.  The role will promote a culture of innovation with a relentless focus on the client end user, both directly within the team and indirectly across the organization. This is a senior position within the Product and Innovation team who is responsible for leading how our practice integrates with other intra company disciplines, as well promoting our toolsets and methodologies. It is expected that the role will interact and influence teams across Computershare. The role will operate within global market and report directly to the Head of Product and will deliver the products within the guidelines and regulations outlined by local laws.

Key responsibilities:

  • Help set the vision and strategic direction of our US Issuer Client products and service suite, and how channels support the customers they serve.
  • Ensure the vision and direction of our products, services and channels deliver in alignment to our companies financial goals.
  • Identify new products/features/ideas/models/channels for consideration and debate, including disruptive opportunities within the US markets.
  • Ensure product and channel initiative outputs flow into our agile delivery model.
  • Promote a culture of innovation across the regions, that will drive customer focused direction of our products, services and channels.
  • Document business case, including financial/usage forecasting and ROI metrics.
  • Provide regular product/channel metrics within US, UCIA & ANZ Registry reporting to key stakeholders, including the Client Management team, Operations, Development and Marketing,

What will you bring to the role?  

Essential:

  • 10+ Years of Product Management Experience and Leadership in financial services.
  • Experience with Product Management Strategy such as buyer-persona targeting, user journey creation, development & communication; G2M planning and enablement
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Education-Bachelor's Degree

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $166K - $240K USD. This base pay range is specific to the New York location and may not be applicable to other locations.
