Job description

Temporary Computer Technician

The temporary computer technician handles computer and related equipment repairs, installations, software upgrades, networking, backup help desk phone support, and office tasks on a temporary basis.

Demonstrated ability to perform high-level maintenance on computer components. Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge of electronics and wiring. Must not have any Class B misdemeanor or higher convictions or deferred adjudications.

The anticipated work schedule is 40 hours/week estimated to last approximately 6 months. Contract Labor positions are staffed through an employment agency. Denton County will provide the name and contact information for the employment agency prior to starting an assignment.
