• Use basic hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, wire cutters, drills, and related equipment to support assembly and wiring tasks.
• Mount electrical components inside control panels in accordance with work instructions and quality standards.
• Wire electrical components and wire harnesses following electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Assist in wiring and assembling control panels to meet production schedules and project requirements.
• Read and interpret simple electrical schematics and diagrams as needed for panel wiring activities.
• Follow established production schedules to complete assigned tasks on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including proper handling and storage of tools and materials.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, procedures, and best practices within the manufacturing warehouse environment.
• Use basic math and computer skills to support documentation, measurement, and simple data entry related to production work.
• Work independently to complete assigned tasks while demonstrating attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.

• Ability to read simple electrical diagrams and schematics (helpful but not required).
• Exposure to wiring, wire harness assembly, or control panel wiring through school, projects, or prior experience.
• Enrollment in or completion of technical programs such as Electrical & Electronics Technology, Industrial Technology, Automation, or Mechatronics at a community college or vocational training program.
• Strong work ethic and reliability in meeting production schedules and quality expectations.

You work in a manufacturing warehouse located in Benicia, supporting production activities related to wiring and assembling control panels. You follow established safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace. The role requires the physical ability to lift 40–50 lbs. and to move materials within the warehouse as needed. Attire is typical for a manufacturing setting, focusing on practical, safety-conscious clothing appropriate for working around tools, equipment, and electrical components.

This is a Contract position based out of Benicia, CA.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
