Job Mission

The Wiring Technician ensures timely and accurate wiring of lifts and lift components per established specifications and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical components and modules according to CAD drawings and photos
  • Perform soldering and de-soldering
  • Wire top covers, lifts, end effectors, and harnesses for parts and lifts
  • Clean and prepare lifts and parts for shipment per schedule to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Pack lifts and parts using various tools and equipment
  • Communicate to supervisor when assemblies are incomplete, need rework, or any issue arises affecting on-time delivery
  • Use computer and manufacturing software to issue materials, report completed routers, and view upcoming shipments
  • Produce products per manufacturing specifications to achieve or exceed production and quality standards
  • Move and handle materials as necessary
  • Maintain a neat, orderly work area and perform routine cleaning duties
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform other assignments as requested by Lead, Supervisor, or Production Manager
Skills & Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for precise assembly and soldering
  • Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Solid understanding of basic electrical principles and wire color coding
  • Proficient with hand tools, soldering irons, crimpers, and electrical testing equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Experience & Education

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in electrical technology or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical wiring, assembly, or related manufacturing environment
