Job description

Service Technician – Security, Surveillance & Fire Alarm Systems


Required Experience:

  • Hands-on field experience with security and/or fire alarm systems.
  • Knowledge of DMP, DSC, Silent Knight, GeoVision, Kantech, and/or NUVICO systems.
  • Knowledge of at least two of the listed systems is required; three or more is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and interact professionally with customers.
  • Valid driver's license.


Experience with fire alarm testing, programming, networking, cameras, and access control is a plus.
