Job description

Overview/ Job Responsibilities

Position is contingent upon contract award and funding.

Entarian is looking for a Senior Computer Systems Engineer to join our high performing team!

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provides engineering and architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.

  • Ensures these systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for open systems architectures, the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) and International Standards Organization (ISO) reference models, and profiles of standards.

  • Manage projects and employees.

  • Proactive communication of potential issues to the Government

The Senior Computer Systems Engineer shall maintain an on-site presence and shall be responsive to all Government inquiries and concerns.

Salary range: $120,000.00 - $149,000.00

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in engineering and architecture to including software, hardware, and communications
  • Experience with open systems architectures, Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) and International Standards Organization(ISO) reference models
  • Experience working within Microsft 365 cloud environments, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience managing projects and employees
  • Familiarity with federal records management requirements, including National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) Comprehensive Records Schedules (CRS)
  • Working knowledge of Section 508 compliance requirements
