WFVC Social Capabilities is seeking a senior-level Platform Analyst, focused on the design and delivery of solutions that enable Wells Fargo business groups to participate in social media on behalf of the company. In this role, you will be responsible for:

? Business, System, and Process Analysis: Resource is responsible for planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved through strategic solutions; producing written business requirements; producing system configuration UML models - both dynamic and static; acts as an internal consultant by evaluating current processes and recommending new solutions that reduce costs or extend current capabilities.

? System Configuration, Testing, and Training: Resource is responsible for the full lifecycle of configuring, testing, and training end-users in order to meet the needs of the business. Configuration includes such items as roles and permission management; automated rules management; standardized dashboard/queue structures; etc. Testing includes creation of test data; simulation of scenarios; documenting and addressing defects; etc. Training includes producing demonstrations as well as hands on training scenarios in order to prepare end-users for platform onboarding.

? Production Support and Maintenance: Resource is responsible for 24x7 production support for WF Social Relationship Platform end-users. This involves monitoring support team mailbox and being "on call"; evaluating issues; coordinating with the vendor and/or WF teams to perform root cause analysis; advising on platform solutions; maintaining full documentation in issue tracking software; updating business/system requirements as appropriate; providing communications to end-users on issue status and resolution; maintaining audit log for all issues.

You will be engaged throughout the full project life-cycle, work directly with representatives of all organizational areas, and be considered a subject matter expert. Candidates should be self-starters, able to multi-task, work extremely well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with large, multi-disciplined technology and business teams.

Successful candidates

Basic Qualifications:

? 10+ years experience in internet/ intranet-based business systems or e-business consulting

Minimum Qualifications:

? 1+ years of experience with social relationship platform configuration (Sprinklr, Spredfast, Percolate, etc.)

? 2+ years of experience in social media including a deep understanding of social channel capabilities and APIs

? 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio

? Solid understanding/knowledge of and practical experience using industry-standard SDLC methodologies

? Experience with a broad range of development, testing, issue tracking, communication, and other tools in order to support day-to-day platform operations

? Ability to take complex problems and decompose them into well organized, logical, detailed descriptions to facilitate problem solving

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including delivery of presentations to all levels within the organization

? Effective skills in facilitating meetings and other forums involving a large number of participants/stakeholders and driving toward desired outcomes within prescribed timeframes

? Proven success working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities while managing tactical and strategic deliverables to meet time lines

? Proven ability to roll out process and/or technology changes with demonstrable improvements to the customer and team member experience

? Commitment to being part of a team and working within a diverse environment

? Ability to lead other individuals and provide guidance, direction and training to others within the team
