New hires may also face difficulties in differentiating their product in a crowded market and building trust with clients who may be wary of switching software providers. Overcoming these challenges involves continuous learning, seeking mentorship from experienced colleagues, and collaborating closely with technical teams to deepen product knowledge. Additionally, building strong relationships and focusing on understanding clients' unique business needs can help new hires gain credibility and close more deals.
