Role Overview
We are in search of a dynamic and results-driven AI Software Presales Solutions Architect Engineer to join our forward-thinking team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of promoting and selling our cutting-edge AI software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of artificial intelligence technologies/frameworks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to align technical capabilities with business objectives. As an AI Software Presales Solutions Architect Engineer, you will collaborate closely with our business development team to drive the adoption of our AI solutions and contribute to the growth of our customer base. The ideal candidate will exhibit robust technical proficiency in AI tools and workflows, possess a blend of tactical and strategic customer presales approaches and excel as an effective communicator.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
  • Design and implement AI proof of concepts to showcase the capabilities and potential impact on solving customer challenges.
  • White glove onboarding for customers into proof of concept and into production phases with in their AI/ML workflow
  • Translate complex AI concepts into clear and compelling value propositions for customers.
  • Work closely with the business development team to understand customer needs and provide pre-sales technical support.
  • Work with partners and customers to understand their technical needs and find enablement opportunities to expand adoption and utilization of ACS AI solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions on AI software solutions for customers, internal teams, and partners.
  • Create technical documentation and best practices guides to support the sales process and customer onboarding. This includes partnering with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling customer sales assets.
  • Work with partners and customers to understand their technical needs and find enablement opportunities to expand adoption and utilization of HP AI solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Experience knowledge & skills
  • 5+ years of Solution Engineering and software experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in AI software sales or solutions engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data science concepts.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong proficiency with AI frameworks, tools, and platforms.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and tools
  • Proficiency in either Python or C++, with experience in both languages.
  • Proven track record of developing enterprise data science projects
  • DevOps and experience in developing software in hybrid cloud environments (Cloud, hybrid and on-prem).
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving presales KPI's including opportunity conversion
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with client and attend industry events.

Education:
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering fields or equivalent experience

Salary:
The pay range for this role is $130,000 to $200,000 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
