Job description

Description

The Business Intelligence and Analytics team is seeking a dynamic, current college student to fulfill our summer internship program in 2027!

Past interns in this role have completed projects such as data source development, report creation, and data analytics. This role includes gathering data, troubleshooting data/report issues, following a development cycle (Agile), and facilitating end-to-end testing. Interns in this area can expect to further their understanding of the development lifecycle, as well as further their experience with technical aspects, and gain real world experience with collaboration, customer focused work, independent and team-centered work, professionalism, attention to detail, time management, and more.

You'll collaborate with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions and gain exposure to technologies such as SQL, Power BI, and other analytics platforms. As an intern, you will have a mentor committed to helping you build skills, gain experience, and achieve your development goals throughout the program.

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics Engineers and business partners to develop analytics tools, data models, reports, and dashboards.
  • Build and maintain data views using SQL to support reporting and business insights.
  • Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Test, validate, and improve analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Create technical documentation to support implementation and maintenance of data solutions.

During this internship, you will be working on the same issues that our full-time associates face; real world problems that affect the company. This role is ideal for students looking to apply their technical skills in a professional environment while building experience in analytics, business intelligence, and data science.

Unique Benefits of our Internship Program:

  • You will get the farm to fork experience during this program. You will experience a farm tour, facility tours, and experience the end user products.
  • Networking events where you will meet executives and community leaders.
  • Internship group outings and events.
  • Volunteer opportunities within the community.
  • Personal development events and training.
