They provide comprehensive servicesfrom conceptual design through construction managementboth in-house and through a strong network of industry professionals. Their projects range from custom homes and additions to restaurant and retail build-outs.

Residential CAD Project Manager is a high-impact role ideal for someone who's motivated by autonomy, thrives on variety, and wants to have a direct hand in shaping a project from start to finish.
This position, Residential CAD Project Manager, is100% in-office and not eligible for remote or hybrid work arrangements
What You'll Do as a Residential CAD Project Manager:
  • Lead the design process for commercial and residential projectsfrom early concepts through to permit-ready construction documents.
  • Manage your own client projects, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with engineers, drafters, and administrative staff.
  • Research materials, codes, and regulations to ensure full compliance.
  • Maintain and refine CAD files and structural drawings for use in ongoing design.
  • Independently create and refine standard details as needed.
  • Help improve systems and processes as the company growsyour voice matters here.
What We're Looking For as a Residential CAD Project Manager:
  • Mandatory: 3+ years of hands-on AutoCAD experience in architecture, drafting, or design
  • Solid grasp of construction techniques, materials, and building code standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation (required daily)
