Job description

Overview

Flextrades is hiring CNC Programmer/Machinists with 4+ years recent experience for a 3 month Travelling Contract to MICHIGAN

Experience with RoboDrills and SolidCAM/CAMWorks required

Project Specs:

  • Pay: $50/hr
  • 50hrs/week GUARANTEED (OT over 40)
  • $45 per diem (tax-free), 7 days a week
  • Private hotel accommodations (we handle the booking)
  • References Required
  • Must pass a background check and drug test
  • Travel time compensation
Responsibilities
  • Program and operate Robodrill machines with Fanuc controls using SolidCam to create mdeical parts in stainless steel.

  • CAMWorks experience will be considered.

  • PRove out programs at the machine, operate and perform in-process checks of parts.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years programming with SolidCam/CAMWorks
  • Ability to program, setup and operate ROBODRILLS
  • Read blueprints and spec sheets
  • Ability to perform FPIs, and final checks of parts to ensure they fall within specs.

You should be proficient in:

  • Quality Inspection Experience
  • CNC Programming
  • CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
  • CAD/CAM Software
