Computer Hardware Technician
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Salary: $40,000–$45,000 to start

Key Responsibilities
  • Test and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, servers, and all-in-ones (AIOs)

  • Identify and report equipment issues using testing software

  • Perform minor hardware repairs and reset remote management cards (iDRAC, iLOM)

  • Reset and configure BIOS on tested systems

  • Track and update equipment location data

  • Work closely with team members to research and resolve technical problems

  • Collaborate with software developers to explain hardware-related errors or recommend improvements

  • Support department initiatives and special projects

  • Stay current on new hardware technologies and industry trends

  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring
  • Strong knowledge of PC hardware architecture and components
