Role Overview

BaRupOn is seeking a high-performing Pharmacy Business Development & Sales Representative who can help scale our retail pharmacy operations and online pharmacy distribution channels.

This role requires someone who understands how to grow pharmacy revenue, optimize product placement, build profitable pharmacy operations, and expand online pharmacy sales.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the pharmacy industry, retail pharmacy operations, and pharmaceutical product sales, and understands how to turn pharmacy operations into a high-performing revenue center.

This individual will play a key role in helping BaRupOn increase pharmacy sales, improve drug inventory strategy, expand digital pharmacy distribution, and maximize profitability.

Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Pharmacy Sales Growth
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase retail pharmacy sales and prescription volume

  • Identify high-demand medications and profitable drug categories

  • Optimize product placement and inventory strategy to maximize pharmacy revenue

  • Build relationships with pharmacists, suppliers, and pharmaceutical distributors

  • Identify opportunities to expand pharmacy services and retail offerings

Online Pharmacy Development
  • Assist in the setup and scaling of BaRupOn's online pharmacy platform

  • Develop strategies to grow e-commerce pharmacy sales

  • Identify top-selling medications and OTC products for online distribution

  • Ensure online pharmacy operations follow pharmacy regulations and compliance standards

  • Implement digital marketing and sales strategies for online pharmacy growth

Pharmaceutical Industry Partnerships
  • Build relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors

Market & Sales Strategy

  • 37+ years experience in the pharmacy industry, retail pharmacy sales, or pharmacy operations

Retail Pharmacy Sales Growth
  • Proven experience growing sales within a retail pharmacy environment
