Job description

Job Title: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator Location: Bethlehem, PA 18015 Type: Direct-Hire

Overview: We are seeking to hire a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator to our global Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) specializing in GMP micronization and milling for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. This position supports day-to-day pharmaceutical processing and material handling in a regulated manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and cGMP documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Operate processing equipment used in pharmaceutical production
  • Follow batch records, SOPs, and cGMP standards to ensure compliance and quality
  • Perform equipment setup, breakdown, cleaning, and basic maintenance activities
  • Record production data, material usage, and any deviations accurately
  • Support material storage and and inventory control processes
  • Prepare raw materials for production and assist with internal material transfers
  • Assist with weighing, labeling, and packaging of finished products
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in cGMP environment
  • Forklift or material handling experience
  • Ability to work in a controlled/cleanroom environment and perform physical tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
